I recently had the pleasure of photographing this beautiful Modern Farmhouse custom-built home by Lundev Homes located in Winter Park. Lundev Homes is a custom residential & commercial builder focused on delivering exceptional projects, and their home designs and craftsmanship are truly amazing. So amazing, that this home featured just won1st Place in the $1.5 to $1.7M custom home category for Parade of Homes Orlando 2021!
While photographing each area of the home, I found such sophisticated design and masterful craftsmanship. Lundev Homes is supremely talented in creating seamless living from one room to the next with their open-concept design. Ayers Davis Interiors designed and styled the home with an “earthy-prep” concept. Patterned palm wallpaper combined with sparkling gold accents and unique lighting throughout the home, created a sophisticated look while maintaining a clean, serene, farmhouse feel. Talk about perfection!
The comfort and beautiful designs continued into the tropical paradise outdoors. The pool and spa would be perfect places for weekend parties or to enjoy a relaxing sunset float. Top it all off with an outdoor kitchen and this house will be the talk of the town in no time! 1670 Chesnut is the perfect marriage of indoor living and outdoor fun and I love that I was able to capture all of the hard work and beauty this home holds.
