The time has come again.
Summer is coming to an end and the school year has finally began! I don’t know about you, but we had a wonderful Summer spent making memories with the family and that deserves a cocktail to celebrate the end of a season! This refreshing libation is packed full of fresh berries, fragrant rosemary, and gin. What a perfect way to celebrate the end of a great summer! Mixed Berry Rosemary Gin Refresher
PREP TIME: 5 MINUTES
TOTAL TIME: 5 MINUTES
Ingredients:
1/4 cup fresh blueberries
1/4 cup fresh cherries
2 sprigs rosemary
1 tablespoon pure elderflower syrup
2 cups ice cubes
1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (1 large lemon)
2 oz. gin
sparkling water
Garnish:
blueberries
rosemary
Instructions:

In a large glass jar or shaker, add the blueberries, cherries, rosemary, and elderflower syrup. Using a pestle muddle the berries and rosemary.

Add the ice, lemon juice, and gin. Place a lid on top and shake for about 30 seconds to mix and chill the liquid.

Strain out pulp and pour into cocktail glasses filled with ice halfway, and fill the rest with sparkling water. Garnish with fresh or frozen blueberries and a sprig of rosemary.
