My dear friend and entertaining guru Lisa Lyons and I are always on the hunt for a delicious cocktail…I mean it’s the weekend, right? I love getting together with her on shoots as it usually ends up with us sipping on these lovely libations at the end. She recently found this yummy recipe for Apple Cider Prosecco Punch so we decided to try it out for ourselves. The blend of apple cider and thyme was the perfect combination with the prosecco and honey-flavored liqueur. Not to mention the apple garnish gives it a perfect pop of color. Kick October off right and try this puppy out for yourselves!
Here’s the recipe…Cheers!!
-
1 oz- Apple Cider
-
2 oz- Bénédectine liqueur (for that delicious honey-spice flavor)
-
2 apples sliced for garnish
-
Fresh sprigs of thyme
-
1 bottle chilled Prosecco
